    Very good

    Resonably quiet.

    The only issue is the access from the eastbound lane. You have to make a large out of the way detour through back streets to get to the entrance on the west bound lane. Showers in the room were a bit tricky to navigate in and out of due to the size of the door. One could easily fall or trip out
